APLB Glutathione Niacinamide Facial Toner adds a hydrating step after cleansing with centella leaf water, niacinamide and glutathione. The formula contains 13.1% centella leaf water and 2% niacinamide, alongside glycerin and hydroxyethyl urea to help skin retain a soft, moisturized feel.

Panthenol, allantoin and sodium hyaluronate complement the first-step formula with moisturizing and conditioning care. Apply the toner to a cotton pad, gently follow the skin's natural texture and pat in the remaining liquid before continuing with the rest of your skincare. The 160 ml bottle provides a separate toner step within a regular routine.
